Based on recent orders and advisories from state and local governmental authorities regarding COVID-19, and as a part of a larger strategy to protect our customers, trade partners, and employees, JM Weston Homes is suspending all Customer Care appointments for 30 days effective November 17, 2020. We will make exceptions to this policy for emergency situations. We will reassess the appropriateness of resuming regular customer care service in 30 days.

JM Weston Homes strives to provide the best customer care experience possible. Realizing that a new home contains several thousand components and is constructed by numerous individual trade partners, there is the possibility that there will be items that may require attention after closing. Our commitment to you is to expeditiously and professionally correct “construction defects” in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Limited Warranty Agreement.

When submitting a request for regular (non-emergency) service situations please include the following information:
- Name, address, and phone numbers where you can be reached during business hours
- Your closing date
- A complete description of the work requested and its location. For example: “Guest bath - cold water line leaks under sink”; instead of “plumbing problem in bathroom”
- Include the name of your community; and indicate the times and days that are most convenient for the work to be scheduled
We suggest that during the first year of home ownership that you maintain a list of items that you find in your home that require repairs. Batching these items together when submitting requests to customer care will minimize inconvenience to you in scheduling multiple appointments.
