Realizing that a new home contains several thousand components and is constructed by numerous individual trade partners, there is the possibility that there will be items that may require attention after closing. Our commitment to you is to expeditiously and professionally correct “construction defects” in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Limited Warranty Agreement.
Non-emergency warranty requests should be submitted at 1 month, 5 months, and 11 months, post-closing.
Requests may be submitted through the Customer Care portal at https://jmweston.constellation-online.com/NSEWeb or by email at customercare@jmwestonhomes.com.
When submitting a request via email for regular (non-emergency) service situations please include the following information:
Warranty requests will come directly to our Customer Care department and be distributed to the appropriate contractor. Our Customer Care Representative will contact you to schedule an appointment to assess your request and schedule service.
